Terms and refunds

Vidilicious provides timestamped video comments, version tracking and workflow approvals. Only link videos you are authorized to share. Do not use the service for unlawful content or share confidential footage through publicly accessible sources.

Free access

Free access includes one active project, up to ten versions per project and 200 comments per version. Save your editor access key securely. We cannot recover a lost key by an unverified name. Anyone holding a review link can comment and enter an approval name; this is not an electronic signature or proof of identity.

Optional paid access

Paid checkout is not currently activated. When available, a Pro pass covers up to five active projects for 30 days from verified captured payment. It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. The final price, currency and merchant disclosure are shown before payment. Existing project history remains readable when a pass ends; creating new projects requires returning to the free active-project limit or buying another pass.

Payment problems and refund requests

Do not pay again if payment status is pending. Contact us with the payment identifier, never card details or account keys. Request correction of duplicate charges or paid access that was not delivered through the contact form. We will investigate and, where appropriate, refund via the original provider. The final paid offer must state its refund terms before activation; applicable statutory rights are unaffected.

Support and data

This is an early release. Video hosting, uploads, transcription, individual team accounts and legal sign-off are not included. Archive a project to stop reviews, export your project history from the studio, and contact us for ownership-verified deletion requests.
